A-skips move you forward in a skipping rhythm, one knee driving to hip height while your support foot rises onto its ball. The drill primes the quads and calves for faster running or jumping. Beginners use it at home or before hybrid races and cardio sessions, timed as a warmup, main drill or finisher.

How to
- Skip forward, driving one knee up to hip height.
- Rise onto the ball of your support foot with each skip.

- Stay tall and springy for the planned time.
Form cues
- Snap your knee down fast after each drive.
- Keep your chest tall and eyes forward.
- Land lightly under your hips, not out front.
