Toe Taps
- Beginner
- Pilates
Toe taps starts lying on your back with both legs lifted in tabletop, then lowers one foot to tap the floor while the other leg stays still. Keeping the lower back pressed down trains the abs to resist the pull of the moving leg. Beginners use it as a warmup, a cooldown or a recovery flow, working through reps on each side.
