Landmine Squat
- Pro

- Gym
The landmine squat holds the end of a barbell at your chest with both hands, feet set shoulder-width and toes slightly out. Squatting down and letting the bar arc naturally trains the quads and glutes through a deep, front-loaded pattern. Beginners use it for weight and reps in the gym, mainly as a main lift.

How to
- Hold the bar end at your chest with both hands.

- Drive through your whole foot back to standing.
Form cues
- Keep your elbows tucked close to your ribs.
- Sit back into your heels as you descend.
- Keep your chest lifted throughout the whole squat.
