- Yoga
Revolved side angle is a standing yoga twist built from a lunge stance, rotating the torso against a fixed front leg. It loads the obliques through the twist and stretches the quads and adductors at the same time. Intermediate practitioners use it in yoga, held for time as a warmup, cooldown or recovery flow.
