Double pigeon pose is a seated yoga stretch that stacks one shin directly on top of the other with both feet flexed, then hinges forward from the hips for a deeper hold. It stretches the glutes and adductors across both hips at once. Intermediate practitioners use it as a warmup, cooldown or recovery flow, held for time on each side.
