Bow Pose
- Pro
- Advanced
- Yoga
Bow pose has you lie on your stomach and reach back to hold your own ankles, lifting your chest and thighs by pressing your feet into your hands. The pull stretches the lower back, quads and chest together in one shape. Advanced practitioners use it as a warmup, a cooldown or a recovery flow, held for time.
