Landmine Row
- Pro
- Intermediate
- Gym
The landmine row straddles the barbell facing the anchor, hinging at the hips with a flat back and gripping under the collar. Rowing the bar end to your chest drives the elbows back and trains the upper back, lats and biceps as a compound pull. Intermediate lifters use it for weight and reps in the gym, mainly as a main lift.
