Kettlebell Goblet Squat
- Beginner

The kettlebell goblet squat holds the weight by the horns against your chest while you squat down between your knees and drive back up through your whole foot. Holding the load in front trains the quads and glutes while keeping your torso more upright than a back squat. Beginners use it for weight and reps in the gym, at home, or in functional training.
