Kipping Handstand Push-up
- Pro
- Advanced
- Functional
The kipping handstand push-up sets up in a wall handstand, lowering your head toward the floor with your knees tucked at the bottom. From there, a hard kick of your legs assists your arms in pressing back up to a locked-out handstand. Advanced athletes use it in functional training for reps, in circuits or timed rounds.

How to
- Set up in a wall handstand, head lowering to the floor.

Form cues
- Time the kick to meet your arms' push.
- Keep your core tight through the whole kip.
