Pilates bicycle has you lie on your back with your shoulders lifted and legs in tabletop, pedaling one leg out while rotating your opposite elbow toward the bent knee. It works the abs and obliques together with the quads through continuous rotation. Intermediate exercisers use it as a warmup, cooldown or recovery flow, for reps.
