Lotus Pose (Breathing)
- Intermediate
- Yoga
Lotus pose is a seated yoga hold, each foot crossed onto the opposite thigh with your spine long and shoulders soft. Holding the position stretches the adductors and glutes through deep hip rotation. Intermediate practitioners use it as a warmup, cooldown or recovery flow, held for time while breathing slowly.
