Decline Sit-up
- Intermediate
- Gym
The decline sit-up hooks your feet under the pads of a decline bench and lowers your torso back before curling up toward your knees. The downward angle works the abs through a longer stretch and a longer curl. Intermediate lifters use it in the gym for reps, as a main exercise or a finisher.
