Curtsy Lunge
- Pro
- Intermediate
- Home
The curtsy lunge steps one leg behind and across the other into a deep split stance, lowering the back knee toward the floor with your chest lifted. Crossing the leg behind angles the load onto the glutes, quads and adductors together. Intermediate lifters use it at home for reps, as a main exercise or a finisher.
