Tree Pose
- Beginner
- Yoga
Tree pose stands tall on one leg while the other foot presses gently into the inner calf or thigh, hands resting at your chest or reaching overhead. Holding the balance trains the standing calf and abs to keep you steady without shifting. Beginners use it as a warmup, a cooldown or a recovery flow, held for time on each side.
