Seated Leg Curl
- Beginner
- Gym
The seated leg curl has you sit with a pad locked behind your ankles and your thighs secured, curling your heels down and under against the machine's resistance. It isolates the hamstrings through that knee flexion. Beginners use it in the gym for weight and reps, as a main lift or a finisher.
