Overhead Triceps Extension
- Beginner

- Home
The overhead triceps extension holds one dumbbell in both hands overhead, elbows pointing forward, and lowers it behind your head before pressing back to straight arms. It isolates the triceps under a deep stretch, best kept light while your shoulders warm up. Beginners use it at home or in the gym for weight and reps, as a main lift or a finisher.
